Organization:

Ensure the tools you need for your shift are well organized and you have all the materials you will need during your shift.
Report for duty on time in line with the posted schedule.
Submit specific time off request prior to schedule being posted.
Be aware of your scheduled shifts and learning sessions.

Be aware of specific guest requests.

Direct Activities:

Clean, prepare and review guest rooms that have been assigned to you.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for yourself, the guests and your co-workers.

Guest Facing Activities:

Deal with any guest inquiries in a positive manner and in line with standards.
Be proactive in ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a timely and appropriate manner.
