We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel operations team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the hotel's facilities, equipment and systems. Duties:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVCAC systems, plumbing and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct painting, wallpaper and other repair tasks to maintain the hotel's aesthetic and operational standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations and hotel policies. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests, ensuring minimal disruption.

Experience:

Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality, nursing home or residential setting is preferred. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, plumbing and general building systems.
